Resumen: La Ley Modelo de Arbitraje Internacional de la UNCITRAL fue adoptada por México en 1993. Con posterioridad, la jurisprudencia en la materia ha sido amplia, normalmente favorable al arbitraje y en general, cada vez mejores resoluciones y sobre todo, más precisas. En la presente contribución se examinan tres resoluciones relevantes de este proceso de evolución.

Abstract: UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration was adopted by Mexico in 1993. Subsequently, the jurisprudence in the subject has been extensive and normally favorable to arbitration. In general, this jurisprudence has progressively recorded better resolutions and above all more accurate. In this contribution three relevant resolutions of this evolution are examined.
