Resumen: La distinción entre orden público nacional e internacional no está asentada universalmente. En los ordenamientos jurídicos donde se ha efectuado tal distinción, el orden público internacional representa la parte del orden público más sagrada del ordenamiento jurídico. Aquel puede configurarse como el círculo más interno del más amplio círculo constituido del concepto general del orden público.

Abstract: The distinction between national and international public policy is not established universally. In legal systems which has made such a distinction, the international public policy represents the most sacred part of the public policy of the law.
