Resumen: En el I Congreso de la Abogacía Madrileña, celebrado en abril de 2015, el tema de una de las mesas fue la posibilidad de atribuir al árbitro la competencia para la ejecución de los laudos y de las medidas cautelares adoptadas en el procedimiento arbitral, debiendo establecerse en ese caso un control judicial a cargo de “Juez de Garantías”. Para ello, serían necesarias varias reformas legales, no mostrándome favorable a tal atribución de competencias al árbitro.

Abstract: At the I Congress of the Bar Association in Madrid, hold in April 2015, the theme of one boards was the possibility of attributed to the arbitrator the competence to the enforcement of award and to the enforcement of interim measures adopted in the arbitral proceeding. In this case, should be settled a judicial supervision by the “Judge Guarantees”. At all, must be necessary several legal reforms, but I am not in favor of these attributions to the arbitrator.
