Resumen: El presente artículo expone el régimen contemporáneo de revisión de laudos arbitrales en la Argentina, haciendo hincapié en la ratificación de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación sobre la existencia de causales de nulidad taxativas contra laudos arbitrales en su destacada sentencia del 9 mayo 2017.

Abstract:  This article describes the current and upcoming argentine legal framework for the control, review and annulment of arbitral awards, while focusing on the ratification made by the argentine National Supreme Court of Justice of an exhaustive list of grounds for annulment of arbitral awards in its renowned decision of May 9th, 2017.
