Resumen: Existe una gran variedad de materias que son susceptibles de ser resueltas, en caso de controversia, a través de mecanismos de mediación civil. Entre ellas cabe citar la mediación inmobiliaria, con un prolífico ámbito de aplicación en materia de compra-venta, propiedad horizontal y otros conflictos derivados de las relaciones de vecindad, arrendamientos o ejecución hipotecaria.

Abstract: There is an extensive catalog of subjects that are susceptible to be resolved, in case of disputes, through civil mediation mechanisms. These include real estate mediation, with a prolific scope of application in the area of buying and selling, horizontal property and other conflicts derived from neighborly relations, leases or foreclosure.
