Resumen/Abstract

Resumen: Existen “otros” métodos de prevención, resolución y solución de conflictos menos conocidos, unos propios del Common Law y otros provenientes del Derecho Continental, a parte de los que se podrían clasificar como tradicionales o más utilizados como son el arbitraje, la mediación, la conciliación o la negociación. En este artículo se expondrán las principales características de algunos de estos, aunque es importante aclarar que no se tratará de una enumeración exhaustiva de todos los métodos existentes.

Abstract: There are “other” methods of prevention, resolution and settlement of conflicts besides arbitration, mediation and negotiation. Some of them belong to the Common law and others to the Continental law. This article will present the main characteristics of some of these, although it is important to clarify that it will not be an exhaustive list of all existing methods.
