Resumen: Bienvenidos arbitraje comercial y de inversiones y resto de mecanismos extrajurisdiccionales al Derecho jurisdiccional diversificado, rama del Derecho que ordena la solución de los conflictos jurídicos. La evolución de la sociedad ha supuesto el desarrollo de los métodos de resolución de los conflictos jurídicos. Es importante, al respecto, propugnar el nacimiento del Derecho Jurisdiccional diversificado. Esta rama del Derecho, paradigma de justicia del siglo XXI, integra la jurisdicción y los métodos extrajudiciales de resolución de conflictos, sobre dos bases fundamentales: 1) ambos son complementarios, parte del sistema estatal diversificado de resolución de conflictos, dirigido a ofrecer justicia a la ciudadanía, y 2) es la jurisdicción la que dota de garantías a las técnicas extrajudiciales.

Abstract: Welcome commercial and investment arbitration and other extra–jurisdictional mechanisms to Diversified jurisdictional law, branch of law that orders the resolution of legal conflicts The Evolution of society has led to the development of methods for resolving legal disputes. It is important, in this regard, to advocate birth of Diversified Jurisdictional Law.
This branch of law, as paradigm of justice of 21st century, integrates jurisdiction and extrajudicial methods of conflict resolution, on two fundamental bases: 1) both are complementary, part of the diversified state system of conflict resolution, aimed at offering justice to citizenship, and 2) it is the jurisdiction that gives guarantees to extrajudicial techniques.
